Graduate Intern

Thomas Horn

Tom is a graduate intern completing his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of St. Francis. Tom is a Fort Wayne native who previously worked in the business world in Accounting and Real Estate. He also served in the Air National Guard.

Tom has an interest in working with children/adolescents and their families to proactively address child/adolescent mental health needs to achieve optimal quality of life for themselves and their families. He is interested in working with adults who may be in need of counseling services.

Tom is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play Therapy for high stress/anxiety children. He is also focusing on trauma, parenting, and family therapy.

Tom is accepting both children/adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, school-related issues, dysregulation of emotions, life adjustments, and trauma.

Tom is offering sessions at a reduced rate of $50.00 a session. He is not accepting insurance currently.
