Megan W. Spinks, LCSW, ACSW, EMDR has worked for over twenty years in the field of mental health. She completed her Master's in Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh. She also has a Master's of Education from the University of Toledo. She has worked with children, adolescents and families throughout her career. Her ultimate goal is to help families come together to create a successful happy family. Megan also works with women focusing on a variety of women's issues. The goal is to support women to become confident in the process of addressing current issues in life.
Megan also speaks in the community on a variety of topics such as: adoption/attachment, trauma, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and mental health in the classroom.
Megan is specifically trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment (Standard 1 & Basic 1).
